I ensured wayfinding systems were intuitive and accessible, crafted through extensive research and iterative testing. Collaborating closely with various teams, I introduced brainstorming sessions and design sprints with my peers, fostering a culture of innovative thinking that generated diverse and effective ideas rapidly, while growing as a team.

To seamlessly integrate design elements into Tesla’s environments, I worked across departments to align our initiatives with the company’s broader goals, whether for major events like AI Day or daily operational improvements in factories. Emphasizing agility in execution, I adapted to changing requirements, tight timelines, and the ever changing Tesla world, using a flexible project management approach to deliver high-quality results efficiently.
