The Customer Success Platform serves as the starting point - consider it a compass for attendees at Connections, offering education, inspiration, and guidance on connecting customer experiences and teams through the unified Salesforce CRM platform to achieve greater business success.
Upon entering the show floor, attendees are welcomed by a combined Welcome Center and Customer Success Platform experience. The lighthouse serves as a beacon, guiding them to explore industry solutions within the product mix. The lighthouse viewing platform features digital viewfinders aimed at three industry islands. Adjusting the viewfinders magnifies associated products, offering a clear view of essential tools. Additionally, a window gallery with interactive touch screens overlooks the show floor and narrates each island's story. From the lighthouse, visible bridges connect the islands representing each - Commerce, Service & Sales, and Marketing , providing seamless navigation between solutions.

Large screens display agenda updates and event schedules, while twelve picnic tables, each representing different Salesforce products, feature interactive screens to educate attendees on product features.
